How to do this? I forgot but I did it before where I set the same theme for all users...

Admin CP > Templates & Styles > Click the arrow in the right then it will be dropdown then Force to user

Go to
"Themes > Look for you theme > Look to the right > click on options > Force On users"

ok first Login ACP >> Templates & Style >> your gonna see a green arrow on the right side of the theme click on that.
