hi,
well this is one sort of a challenge i am facing.

it has a nice background and a sun in left top corner.
it has a nice effect of moving when we navigate down, a javascript based one !!!!

so i want this for my forum as i have a nice background and this suits me too.
so anyone can help me in making this possible.

last time T3KLA helped to get the hover effect,so i hope some one may figure this....and a tut is ok,i can edit templates.
