What should I use it for? Right now it's mainly for testing and I have a catch-all e-mail address setup for spam and registering on sites. Any ideas?

Yeah, e-mail address sounds like a good idea.

You could use it as a techie news site too, but this would imply extra job, to search and post the content.

You seem to have a buyer wanting to develop a blog on it.
Undeveloped .infos will almost always be near worthless*; Developed at least has some value.
*With rare exceptions like travel.info

I really can't get rid of it because I use the e-mail address for pretty much every website/forum I join and I easily have 100+ e-mail addresses being used for it so I can't keep track of all of them because I only use one login (hense the catch-all).

I think I will continue using it for development and point it to my home server, maybe host all of my PHP scripts that I create for testing/learning.
