I'm getting that error a lot, as well. My host is Network Solutions. Yesterday morning, they had a message stating they had suffered a DDOS attack. I called back 3 times, and they told me the issue was resolved. But I'm still having the issue, even after clearing my cache, restarting my router and my PC. I read that Twitter took a while to fully recover from their DDOS attack. Maybe that;s what's causing my errors.
