I would like to get rid of this, and just make it load straight to the destination.

A good example of a forum that has done that is Jesse Lobrocca's HackForums.net, there is no loading screens what-so-ever, instead, it waits longer on the page, and goes straight to destination.

Anyone know how to do this?

Admin Panel > Server and Optimization Options > Friendly Redirection Pages > Off
