I Made the registration method to email verification but people dont recieve an email

EDIT:IT went to junk folder..any ideas on how to make it appear in inbox :/
You would need to contact to your host or get support from email client. MyBB is nothing to do with why it goes to Junk folders.

It's due to you using PHP mail, set up SMTP.
Ok..can anyone give me the SMTP settings pleasE?
username , pass , port etc

You can get that information through cPanel or contact your host. None of us here have access to that information.
