Arabic theme? i guess you mean translation, well there is a simplified arabic translation and the real arabic language isn't yet released.

No Zaher, I mean A STYLE, Arabic styles... are there? if there are no, how can I translate the English ones?

If you mean the images and such you can download the GDK and translate them by using Adobe Photoshop or Gimp by using the Gimp GDK
