I don't get why there's loads of sudden off-topic websites. I mean it's going to be possibly one of the hardest niches to actually crack, because of the sheer mass of off-topic websites. What's keeping users coming back? I'm not flaming/bashing but I wouldn't make an off-topic forum.

People make them because they're easy to make. They don't think past that part.

What makes your forum unique? Where's the incentive to join and participate? Why did you make this forum?

Why such a short response . I was just giving my personal feedback, which is what this section is for. I generally don't think off-topic forums are going to succeed unless there's mass amounts of investing or something.

I saw that forum crash and burn...several hundred thousand times over the last 10 years.
