Don't take this in a wrong way, but why is the overall theme like opposite to a normal theme.

Like the toggle/collapse button on opposite sides, category name on other side, last post on the left, it's all a complete opposite of a normal theme...

That's a reasonable advice

Because most middle eastern languages are written from right to left.

There's a RTL default theme available made for these users.
