How can I make a the topics in a certaine forum not apear in the search query ( New Posts | Today's Post ) ?

before uploading the file, change

"compatibility" => "14*",

to

"compatibility" => "16*",

One more question..dose it have a box in ACP..or I have to edit the html ?

its a plugin, so there are settings in the ACP > Configuration > Settings > No Search Exclusion

make sure there is no empty lines/space before the first <?php and the after the last ?> at the bottom of the page.

You edited wrong. De-activate the plugin, Upload this again, overwriting the old.
