You can't have it set up for two different URLs like that.
Whatever URL I use, when I view a thread/forum it removes /grayhatworld/ from the URL so it's always the same URL no matter which one of the two you posted you start from, but have you renamed your htaccess.txt file to .htaccess, and does your server support mod_rewrite??

Do you want your forum to be at grayhatworld.com/grayhatworld or grayhatworld.com/??
If you want it to be grayhatworld.com/grayhatworld then change your board url in Admicp >> Configuration >> General Settings to http://grayhatworld.com/grayhatworld
Otherwise you need to either move the forum to the root or put in rewrites in your htaccess
