Hi,
Recently I converted from phpbb3 to mybb 1.6.2, everything working fine, but after completion of update, while trying to send mass mail, out of 10,221 users, mass mail only sending to 155 users..
I followed http://www.mybb.com/features/mass-mail for sending mass mail.
Any one can help me to fix this.

After setting allownotices to 0 from database, problem resolved.
