So... are you going to be running them or are you just hiring people to run them?

And how do people know that once you hire them you won't shut down the site in 2 months, because that'd be pretty discouraging.

I am looking to run 1 or 2 community forums myself, But i am looking for someone to help out.

I will not shut down the forums soon as i get ideas from people i will start doing a little project.
The only reason why i keep shutting them down because i cannot find anyone to team up with.

So hopefully i can find 1-2 people as soon as possible. .

@ Ashley, are you offering paid project ?
