Iam wondering How a not logged in user cant view forums (Never shown as last post) but latest thread box show them? may be a mis-programmed plugin

nice theme but not related to subject. sexy pages should have a different colors and should also have e.g. Curves in tables and have a little work for beauty in edges of tables... you know? I want to see an attractive page for this topic. however nice theme for offical usages.
