Instead of just adding another reason, or...?? You could just edit the language string if you want to change what it says when you give none.

I think its a good idea to add
reason

Oops, didn't see this thread til now
We already have custom reasons, but if we have a reason that doesn't fit any of our custom reasons, the default None needs to have some further information. Like, for example it'll say this:
I need it to show:
Reason: None
Further Info: No reason was given as to why you have been denied support.
