I get this error message from quite few places. I will list few URLs that I get same error message below:

I get this below message when I try to add forum, do other settings, and other configurations in admin CP.

You're missing a language file.

yes, it seems that way. How could I get this issue addressed and fixed?

Upload add_forum_options.lang.php file in ./inc/languages/english/admin/ folder.

Its a file comes with your Plugin, I can't remember about its plugin from where this language file comes from. Can you list me your Installed plugins ?
