How Do I Move My SHotubox Above The Forums?

Go to ACP > Templates & Styles > Your templates > Index templates > Index
and find these lines: 
{$forums}
{$shoutbox}

Simply reverse the order of these two elements so that "shoutbox" comes first. Save & you're done.
