i have problem, it gets a bit glitchy, the real background doesnt come and it isnt like it has to be.

Reupload ./images/ews/ folder and all images it have.

i must create this ews folder?

You need to upload ews/ folder and all its images in ./images/ folder of your MyBB.

Normally, that folder should be created by your ftp/ssh programm when you upload things. If not, then you will indeed have to create it manually.
