When I send a mass mail it's queued how long is it queued for and how do you send it immediately? I did select the immediately option.

Go to: ACP > Tools and Maintenance > Task manager > and Click on the small clock in front of Mass Mail option.

All the times are an hour out how do I fix this?

You just need to Click on the Clock image. Like in the image below;

Yes I did but if you notice some tasks say they will run today at 4.00pm and 5.00pm but if you look at my clock on the system tray it's clearly 5. something PM.

No as I'm not sure how to get it to display the correct time that it should run.
