just want to ask if how to this or is there a plugin for this
1. how can i block the other forum link in/on my threads?
example forumname from other site forumsite.com
how can i change that automatically to *********.com or my own forumname.com
anyone?
2.how to backup my files? so i can upgrade my forum from 1.6.1 to 1.6.2 so i cant lose any threads and members in upgrading.

1. Go to: ACP > Configurations > Word Filters > Add Word to replace in Word option field. and add Text to replace from in Replacement option field.

2. Upgrading from 1.6.1 to 1.6.2 doesn't require to run Upgrader. You just need to upload the Changed Files overwriting to the old ones.
