Hey,
I need help fixing this DB error

Your missing ./inc/init.php from your server, reupload this file to the server.
Also, the SQL error means that you don't have a sessions table but I think you've tried to install a 1.2 plugin.

I uploaded the file.. how do i fix the other problem ?

this is when i changed hosts and tried to re-install mybb.. and then get my old posts / users back !

What plugins do you have?? (I'm pretty sure db_database_type.php is a core file)

I deactivated & uninstalled them all before a database backup was taken. There were about 50 installed though.

Im merging the old DB and the new DB's posts .. hope that helps getting back at least something
