After my conversion at my forum, the 25K+ posts previously there were no longer factored statistically, and would no longer appear on the index.

EDIT: Only 16K of 25K were recounted. But at least that's half.

Run them again, it might not have updated correctly.

Try running them in a different order, sometimes they require other to be run first. I know it sounds weird, but it worked for my forum.
