Looking through it more...some text appears, but mostly the text is gone.
I'm working on those screenshots now.
EDIT: Looked in FileZilla's failed transfers thing. Filled with /language/english/admin.

Have you renamed your .admin/ directory for security measures and while upgrading/doing changes forgot to upload those files?
I guess,a reupload of all the files of /language/english/admin would be good.

Yeah, I tried redoing the FTP.
They won't transfer. At all.
Oh well. I'll just deal with it, I guess.
Afterall, I managed to use it without most of the text.

Try and upload the language files from a fresh download.

Are the language files in those directories on the server 0 bytes? I had this happen once on a shared hosting account. I had to ask support to delete them for me.

What's ./inc/languages/english/admin/ CHMOD to?? If they're not uploading you'll need to ask your host why.
