I figure while I'm on I'll ask how to make plugins work since not having spoiler tags annoys me so much...and my ACP issues prevent me from figuring this out easily.

EDIT: Getting the confirmation link via the page source didn't work. Any other ideas?

You need to solve the other issue really. You need to get the language files uploaded one way or another, PM me ACP and FTP login details and I'll try it myself.
