I want to now how to show quick reply & quick edit just for special group

And last question:
How to edit the multi quote button once i click the button that button show like this,

i mean the button color is change when i click them

Both requires plugins. there's no solution other then that. However if you use Template Conditionals plugin, you might do the quickreply and quick edit thingy.
