Is there anyway of finding out information about guests stats? How many log ons, how long etc etc?

Well if you need to know how many guest have visited your site each 24 hours, you can create a little counter within mybb, you can use a part of this modification

for how long etc.. this is not possible yet, maybe at all not sure.

but i guess cpanel gives you more statistics than you can ever code for mybb.

I don't seem to have a "submit" or "Edit" option and if I click the "AddTemplate" it gives an "Template alreadt exists" error...which obviously it does. Am I in the wrong location or am I missing something else? Maybe Delete the old form and add in a new one with mods of the same name?

Try going back to the Template Manager and reopening the template.
