how can i see the private messeges on my my members? the inbox sent items and trash . how can i track those? and how can i delete... thanks...

I wouldn't do this, private messages are meant to be private and you shouldn't invade your member's privacy.

i just want this because many of my users are using pm to invite them to the other forum. thats all.

I can't find the plugin that allows you to view other PM's (maybe someone else can post it), but this plugin may help you a bit:

I would definitely let your members know that you might read PM's. Perhaps change the term "Private Message" to "Personal Chat" or something like that.

Bad solution to a non-problem imho.

You are going to invade your members privacy because you want to keep them? You think your members will appreciate that? It will most likely cost you more members than a few links to other forums.

People come and go, don't be scared to lose a few people to other forums.
