Basecamp works wonders. Especially when you need to manage multiple tiers of projects with various different team members.

Interface is quite intuitive too.

You can also combine it with Campfire so your team doesn't have to rely on Instant Messengers in order to have live communication.
I've been messing around with Redmine lately getting to grips with Ruby. I started with activeCollab, but I really like the way I can destroy Redmine much more easily.

Collabtive and Feng look awesome.
