Show 'edited by' Message for Forum Staff
Is this Admins and Moderators only or is it people on the 'Forum Team' page?
It applys to anyone who is an Admin, Supermod, or Moderator, or any custom Staff position you make.
It shouldn't apply to regular uses.
So what is considered as 'Staff'? Users on the 'Forum Team' page?
No, Staff are:
Admin
Supermods
Moderators
People in custom groups where the option "Is Super Moderator" is set to yes.

User in a usergroup with the "Is Super Mod" setting set to "Yes" OR user that is set as the 'moderator' of that forum.
So if a user is not in the moderator usergroup but is a moderator of one of the forums, are they considered as a 'moderator' or not (does the setting work on them or not)?
Yes they are considered as moderators, and the edit message should appear only in the forum they moderate.
