I'm using the "Moderation Option: Split Thread".
I select the last say 15 posts of 23 to split from the thread, set the new forum and title, click "split" and I get the following:
"You cannot split all of the posts out of this thread! If you did, what would be left in the thread?"
EDIT: Fixed the problem, but Chris may wish to do this code change for the nxt version:
