Just an easy one for ya Matt. Would like to change the "Whilst" to "While" (more of a USA word) in the registration form. Can I do that from the ACP or do I need to use Filezilla , which ever is easier.

You can edit all of the language files in the Admin CP.

Thanks Uncontrol, just so I don't mess up somewhere, can you tell me how to get to that file in the CP?

Click 'quick phrases' in the ACP when you're in the section 'languages'.
