How do I change the background colour from white to beige for the postbit?
Postbit and postbit classic templates i think, should be class trow2

To change the postbit colors, you change trow1 and trow2 in your theme. But (depending on the theme), this usually also changes a whole slew of other places too. And then you would change the postbits to have their own colors. But the first step is to change trow1 and trow2. There are two of them so you can have alternate shades. Change those and see if you are happy.
