It is always 'hidden' only administrators can see it.

no like i mean this. I have a kid friendly fansite and i dont want people to see everyones emails other than the staff who can. I know how to remove the option but it wont make it hide the email. How do i make it, that if i remove the option "hide email from others" it will hide it anyway, because some people could leave it unselected
