I like the concept, but I think you are going to need a MUCH better theme if you want people's business. The theme is forgettable and dated. A design website needs to be memorable and impressive.

Alright, its now fine. Nice looking theme. If you add some round corners in table borders then it would be cool IMO. Its just my suggestion.

The old theme looked better. However, I don't think I would commission a skin from a site with such a mediocre theme. And there's no clear communication of what exactly you do; it took me a few seconds looking around your page to figure it out.
