When I go to Configuration>Plugins, all I see is Plugins, Update Plugins, Browse Plugins. Where do you go to install?

You have to find plugins, download them to your computer and then upload them to your /inc/plugins/ folder and follow any instructions that are included in the .zip file. MyBB does not have any plugins pre-installed except for Akismet and Hello World.

Do you have FTP access to your site? You need to be able to upload files directly to the server in order to install a plugin.
Once you FTP into your server, go to your forum's root, and go to inc/plugins/
Oh, yeah I do. So I'm guessing this is in the FTP file?
