I'm not getting the things on my forum that are in the screenshot below. They don't showup when I create my thread, help

ACP > Themes > Your theme > Editor Style > and select Office 2007

This belongs in the General Support forums, but I have a shrewd suspicion you are posting these questions here to evade the Support Eligibility Policy, because the Plugin Modifications section isn't covered by this policy.

Where is ACP?

ACP = Admin Control Panel.
