hello
in setting section of mybb i use a plugin that is inactive in website and have 2 different setting .
how i can delete these setings?
Attach in forum ....
Go to: ACP > Configurations > Modify settings > and Delete those setting's groups.
remove all settings using from PhpMyAdmin ,Possible ?
If you are using MyBB 1.6 then you can delete them via Modify Settings tab on Configurations page.

Why not just do it in the ACP?
I'm Using MyBB 1.6.3 , I done way you , but this way cannot delete all entire set and just delete the settings proper subset .
please check the Attach ...

Did you first deactivated the plugin before deleting it from system...
