Hello, I am having an issue with one of my staff . On his account he can do everything but has the dreaded red banner across his account that says banned.

Here is a shot of his desktop.

Go to Admin Control Panel and unban him.

It might show him as banned for some reason.. Does he still have access to the whole forum? If not he got banned somehow..

There is no bans in place anywhere

The group he's currently in is set as a banned group, untick it.
