I don't know whether its 1.6.3 bug or what but is it same to all?

Okay in MOD CP,

In Moderator logs section, in the username table instead of showing username and linking his profile link, it only shows this:

Removed Reputation by <a href="http://reach2starz.com/user-4735.html">GG.Aim™</a>

However, the code is right, but why doesn't it link the user profile?

Same to all or what the problem might be?

This is already fixed in the current version, correct?

It will be fixed in the next maintenance release. 1.6.3 doesn't fix this issue.
