How do I make it so
Default Templates --> Header Templates --> header
Make it so if I add a link it'll be only visible to logged in user.
I don't want guests to see.

Add it to the header_welcomeblock_member template instead.

A URL would be more useful than a screenshot.

If you want to put it there, I believe you will need to use the plugin AJS posted.

Or you can put the urls between the Top donators section of the header
