Are you running v1.6 for MyBB??
Do you have the right files for 1.6 in the admin folder?
I ask because your url is forum/management but MyBB stopped using / in urls a long time back, towards the last versions of 1.4.
If you were using 1.6 the url would have been forum-management
Its probably why you're getting that error because of incorrect files.

Upload Again Admin File ?
Yes try doing that.
If you changed your admin folder then make sure the files are going to the correct folder
