I was able to upgrade to my test site but my theme was crashed..It seems like it uses the default theme templates but when i look the settings it user it own templates..Im afraid to to upgrade my main site because i cant find that theme anymore..

Go to: ACP > Themes > Open global.css stylsheet and just save it.. You don't need to edit any thing inside the stylesheet.
