Hi Folks

Any ideas what might be causing this scenario?

A thread chugs along nicely for 35 pages of posts, the thread and posts can be viewed whether the member is logged in or logged out and by guests

then when the posts in the thread reach page 36, two things happen:

- page 36 cannot be viewed by anyone when logged out
- page 36 can be viewed by most members when logged in - but one member at least cannot see page 36 even when logged in!!

Has anyone seen this before?

The main problem is that the posts on page 36 of the thread are invisible to at least one member - even when that member is logged in...yet she can see the previous 35 pages of posts

Go to: ACP > Tools and Maintenance > Recount and Rebuild > and Run Rebuild Thread Counters option.

It looks like that has sorted it - page 36 can now be seen even when logged out, so it's pretty safe to assume the member who was having problems will also see it now.
