Someone have made a ticket/support system?
Would need a possibility for the user to
Press a "SPECIALBUTTON"
Choose Category
Write some text
And press OK
Then he can follow the status of his request, maybe even modify his request a bit.
Administrator see all support requests and their status, closed/open, also choose to see only open...
Gather some more info about the user (IP, Browser)
