Someone have made a ticket/support system?

Would need a possibility for the user to

Press a "SPECIALBUTTON"
Choose Category
Write some text
And press OK

Then he can follow the status of his request, maybe even modify his request a bit.

Administrator see all support requests and their status, closed/open, also choose to see only open...
Gather some more info about the user (IP, Browser)

LOL!! we are on forums fmatch, you make a thread, with your problem, you can see who replied, and you can reply, you can see if it is closed or not etc...

In the ACP make a forum called "Support" and your done

yea, also if you would like to keep it private the in the forum options make it so users can not view topics, or reply

A Support forum would be a good place to make it so users can only see their own threads. Admin / Moderators would be able to see all threads in that forum.

The 'view own threads' mod can do that.

I have it installed, but I'm not using it.

it's not working anymore I think right??

It only works for MyBB 1.x. I still have one forum running that version.
