No, but you can use a plugin. And, luckily, I made one for you! I've attached it below. Download it below, upload to /inc/plugins and activate in your Admin CP! Please bear in mind this is my first plugin, but it works perfectly fine. I am submitting it to the mods site as I write this.

I realized you asked for capitalizing in the thread title, and not the post, right after posting. I've been working on it until now and I think it should work. Deactivate the current plugin you installed, re-download the plugin below, re-upload and activate!
There are, however, a few more places which need capitalization (e.g. search results, breadcrumb, etc). I'll be working on those places and once completed I'll submit it to the mods site and create a thread for it.
