Means your IP changed while you were logged in. Are you using a proxy or VPN?

Are you on a dial up or a system that gives out dynamic ips very often? The problem here is that the ip is changing so radically that its triggering that error message.
Although I would not recommend doing so but you can disable this security feature if you can not avoid it by changing the ADMIN_IP_SEGMENTS to 0 in /admin/index.php

As G33K said, edit ./admin/index.php via your host control panel's file manager or something, and change define("ADMIN_IP_SEGMENTS", 3); near the top of the file to define("ADMIN_IP_SEGMENTS", 0);
