I am a administrator. Our forum is mybb 1.6.0. I want to change quote's background. Someone qutoes another's, and there is a qutoe text in forum after submission, I want to change its background. I tested it in local virtual machine(blockquote, there is only a color code and I changed it) and it impact. But when I changed it in our server's css(blockquote, after color code, there is another image url), it didn't impact. I want to know why.

It should take some time. Just wait.

Also, you need to upgrade to 1.6.3 because there are a lot of major security updates.

If you're using Internet Exploder or Firefox, try Ctrl+F5 to ignore the cache. This forces the browser to reload everything instead of using a (outdated) saved version of the CSS.

IDK what the shortcut is in Opera or Safari or on other OSes, but it should be something similar.
