Well, the title pretty much says it all. How do i fix this without getting a new theme?

I zoomed out a bit....

Do you get the same problem on the default theme?

Go to: ACP > Templates > User Control Panel Templates > usercp > and revert it to Original.

Yes, if you mean the ones that are highlighted green.

Try reverting any User CP templates that are shown in green.

If that makes no difference, pleaae provide a URL and test account.

Have you reverted the usercp_notepad template?

I'm pretty sure it is what AJS has said is the problem.
