On 1.6.3 anyway under bing the user-agent is "msnbot" - it should be changed to "bingbot" as msnbot isn't used anymore and hasn't for sometime. At the minute, it's a bit of a useless option to check against.

Where's the evidence? I have Bing crawling using 'msnbot' and 'bingbot'.
