Warn/ban users who don't post in English. MyBB can't tell what language they're posting in.

I will write a notice that posts in other languages will be deleted. I have looked in the administration section for a way to delete messages but I can't seem to find it. Please help.

uh, you click "delete" next to the message
or you check it and delete it
if you don't know how to delete messages i suggest you study MyBB a bit more before opening a board.

There does not seem to be a "delete" near the message. Could you give me some section to read?
